Late Submission of Thesis Documents

To those Thesis groups who were not able to submit Thesis Documentation on time, follow the following instructions:

Look for your Panelists and submit your documentation prior the thesis defense. Groups w/ schedule in the afternoon of March 8, 2010 (Monday) should submit their documentation early in the morning of that same date. Please inform your panelists of the schedule of your thesis defense. Failure to comply means 'Redefense' verdict for the concerned group/s.

What to Prepare on Thesis Final Defense?

Here are the things you have to prepare prior your Thesis 2 Defense Schedule:

1. Three (3) sets of documentation. Please refer to the Thesis 2 Main Documentation Outline for a complete details on the chapters and appendices to be included in the documentation.

2. Filled out Thesis 2 Defense Evaluation Form (3 sets). Kindly ask a copy from your Thesis Coordinator.

3. 100% working software/system/website.

REMINDERS:

You must have conducted an evaluation on your output through distribution of an evaluation form to your respondents regarding the completeness, reliability, accuracy, functionality, etc., of your software/system/website. The respondents of your study must indicate their names and signature on the evaluation form. You have to seek also the recommendation of your thesis adviser through the Thesis Adviser's Recommendation Sheet. His/her signature must appear on the said sheet. The venue of our Thesis 2 Defense will be in the conference room at Lawaan Campus. Business/executive attire is required during the presentation of your Thesis Study to the panelists.
